We all have negative thoughts sometimes but some of us really struggle with it more than others. For one week, challenge yourself to take notice of any positive words. Take the time to write them down.
Have a child who is a pessimist? Or maybe having a bad attitude? Have them do this challenge as well.
Looking for happy and positive words helps retrain our brains to look for the good. And it’s so simple to do there is no excuse not to do it!
