Worth & Wellness Journal Review

Amy Latta Worth & Wellness Journal

If you’ve followed me for long, you know I’m a huge fan of journaling. Maybe you’ve even participated in some of our scripture journal prompts over the past several months. Writing is therapeutic for people and this new Worth & Wellness Journal by Amy Latta really helps you dig deep into your own personal worth and wellness on a daily basis.

The challenge to actually dig into our subconscious and write down our thoughts can be intimidating. What if we can’t handle what we discover about ourselves? Will it even work to write down my thoughts and feelings? These are often times questions that run through our minds because we fear the unknown. Amy Latta’s journal will help you tackle those self sabotaging thoughts without requiring a lot of your time.

The book is described here:

“The 30-day Worth & Wellness Journal is a workout plan, nutrition guide, self-care advisor, and therapist designed to help you discover why you self-sabotage your own weight loss goals.

How many diet plans have you started, only to bail after a few weeks? How many times have you chosen the couch over the gym? Why do we self-sabotage when we know what we want to change? Most of us have the health and fitness knowledge we need to succeed, but lack the tools for the mindset shift needed to effect real change.

This journal provides practical nutrition, fitness, and self-care tips for better wellness, and daily writing prompts to help you become more aware of the thoughts and feelings affecting your mindset. Because awareness is the key to changing your mindset and changing your body.”

I enjoyed that each day had a few things to focus on and write down; A Wellness Focus, Fitness, Self Care, Mind Mapping, and Worth Focus. Taking a small amount of time each day to focus on me and my health helped me become more aware of taking care of myself each day. This is something we can all benefit from. If we don’t take care of ourselves, who is going to?

If you are looking for a way to make some healthy changes that stick in your life, snag a copy of Amy Latta’s Worth and Wellness Journal! When we make a choice to start a health-filled habit, it changes our outlook on life, our attitude, and the way we care for our body and soul.
