Today’s Assignment:
- Journal your answers to the questions quoted above. You can share in the comments below too if you’d like.
- Calculate how many calories in one year your one habit adds up to. How many pounds a year does it add up to? Find a way to remove it and a substitute that will help you get rid of the bad habit.
Today’s Fitness Tip:
- If it hurts, move it! Except in cases of knife-like shooting pains and tingling numbness, in general you want to move what hurts. Sore neck? Roll it gently. Sore hips? Go for a walk and do some stretches. Sore back? If gentle movements make the pain worse, you need to speak with your doctor. ~ Women’s Fitness Specialist, Bethany Learn of Fit 2 B Studio
