I don’t believe in coincidence, especially when it comes to God. I believe He allows us to see things anew; at just the right moments so they reflect who He is. I love when He reveals new things to me and I get to say, “Oh wow!”
This happened last week when I heard the beginning of the word Messiah, is MESS. We are the mess in Messiah! Without Him, we are just a mess.
Can we still be a mess, even as believers? Yes! We are humans and we sin. We are not going to be perfect on this earth. We should be much more aware of sin and work toward avoiding it but this can’t be done on our own. We must have the Messiah’s help to be successful.
If we fail, He’s big enough to handle it! If you are struggling with sin, take it to Him. He wants us to ask for help! When we ask for help, we are telling God we trust Him. He wants us to trust Him more than anything! His desire is for every part of us; the big things down to the smallest. There is nothing you can surprise the Lord with. NOTHING.
Please listen to this song and let it minister to your heart. God wants YOU to pour out your miseries and trust Him. Also, read through today’s bible reading below. Blessings to you. ♥
Amy Grant Better Than A Hallelujah
John 15:1-8
1“I am the true vine, andmy Father is the gardener. 2Hecuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branchthat does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even morefruitful. 3You are alreadyclean because of the word I have spoken to you. 4Remain in me, and I will remain in you. Nobranch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither canyou bear fruit unless you remain in me.
5“I am the vine; you are the branches. If a manremains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me youcan do nothing. 6If anyonedoes not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away andwithers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. 7If you remain in me and mywords remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you. 8This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
