I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine Song of Sol 6:31
I’m joining the challenge at Women Living Well this month and looking for ways to praise my husband and show him that not only do I love him but I still like him too 🙂 ♥♥
So my first step is going to be to take time in the evenings to read a marriage book that he bought for us, and read it together. To do that, it means getting the kids to bed on time or a little bit earlier than normal.
What could you do to bless the love in your marriage? Share your ideas! I’d love to hear them! ♥♥
Hi. I am visiting from Courtney’s challenge today. It is a challenge to get the kids to bed early so we can spend time with our husbands. I love your idea. I shared some of my favorites on my post today too.
Welcome! I will go check them out 🙂
I think that’s a wonderful idea. 🙂 What’s the marriage book you’re reading (if you don’t mind telling). My husband and I are always looking for new pieces to read together.

I think this is a lovely idea, that you would put the kids to bed early so you and hubby can have that time together. Marriage is so very vital it’s God’s Divine Plan and we must honor the marriage like God tells us in Hebrews 13:4 Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. This verse is saying we are to teach everyone that marriage is honored and all should honor marriage, including our families and children.
God bless you and your marriage and I know you will see the reaping of blessing from what you are doing both in your marriage and as an individual. God bless

Mel, it is so heart warming to see people that put their marriage first. In these times, it seems husbands and wives just put their relationship on the back burner. My husband and I too make time for each other, we go to bed a little early and just talk ( I mean really talk and listen about our days or what is on our minds) before we go to sleep at night..I love my husband more and more each day and can’t begin to image not seeing his amazing smile everyday..God has blessed me with a Godly man and I couldn’t be happier then I am now with him..we are getting ready to celebrate our 2nd anniversary we are so excited..Can’t tell you how much I love reading your blog..You are a true women of God who inspires so many.
many blessings…sherry

🙂 Love it! You can read my ideas over at the blog http://www.mycaptivatingimages.blogspot.com. 🙂 Also I am planning to start The Love Dare when the 25 days of praise is over so that I can continue to praise him and get in the habit of it. 🙂
