This book is for anyone who needs to forgive someone!

Did you know that the statistics for women who experience sexual abuse is 1  in 3 (I’d bet it’s more)? That means with a world population of 3,428,196,000 women, that is 1,142,732,000 that have been abused!  This needs to be talked about!

I never expected that I’d ever be able to forgive the man who took my childhood from me.  I also never expected to heal from the trauma I had experienced.  But God’s ways are not our ways and His miracles never cease to amaze me.  “How I Forgave My Molester” is my journey to healing.  There is power in Christ!  You may think it’s impossible, as I did, that you could ever fully be free from your past abuse but you can!  You can live in peace and be free and Jesus is waiting for you to take that next step of faith.

“The big question truly comes down to trust. Do you really believe and trust that God is enough? That He and only He can truly set you completely free? His word says you are set free. Gal 5:1 says: It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.  Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

Not only will I share my story but also a step-by-step instruction on how to claim healing in your life!  I believe God has given me a heart to help those who are fighting this battle.  Who will you give your power to?  Your molester or The King of Kings?

You can purchase this 27 page book that includes: my story, step-by-step guide to healing, and resources page. This book isn’t just for those who have been sexually abused; this book can be used by anyone for any struggle you are battling.  The step-by-step guide is biblical and basic.  *Also includes printable memory verses!

“Why wasn’t I enough? Why wasn’t I important enough to anyone? Why me?”

“I feel like I am crazy. I want to believe that Max didn’t sexually abuse me as a child but I know deep down, he did. I know I told you. It happened, didn’t it? Why did nothing happen to him? Why does everyone pretend everything is fine when there is a child molester among us?”

** If this book blesses you, won’t please come back and leave a comment and tell me?  And if you hate it, well you can come back and tell me that too :) *****

  3. Wow, intense for sure. I have always been so paranoid about this issue and my children as we had family friends whose child faced this demon. We serve such and awesome God. I am so thankful that he has brought you to this place. It snatches the Victory from the devil in a HUGE way. May GOD continue to bless and keep you and bring people into your path that need what God’s given you to say.

Mel!!!!!!!!!!!!! How awesome is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven’t read it yet, but look forward too. I am beginning an adventure next week as I lead 4 women through “Shelter from the Storm” group for survivors of sexual abuse. I sent my book into the Women of Faith contest, which is titled Journey of Healing, but I never thought about an e-book! I am praying that your book reaches out to so many women who need freedom from this bondage! Blessings!

    • Mel says:

That’s awesome Stephanie! That is what I’d love to see this lead to. All in God’s timing! I wanted to enter the women of faith book but I didn’t find out about it until Dec and there as no way I’d have that many words done that quickly :) God bless you!

  6. Grandpa Murray says:

Mel, Being a male, I guess I’m a little out of my element or comfort zone here, but I read your book and I cried. I never dreamed that you had suffered in this way. I must apologize for your grandma’s lack of understanding. That was so unlike her. I am so happy that God has carried you through all this. Your book has a wonderful message for all of us. I’m sure we all have someone to forgive for something, though probably most are not as horrific. I love you and I bow to you. You have taught me something here. God bless you

    • Mel says:

Oh Grandpa, by His grace alone. Only by His grace. And I don’t harbor any ill feelings towards her. We all do the best we can and that’s all we can do! :)
