I am just making a few goals for 2011, no true resolutions 
* Get published more often
* Keep writing and encouraging
* Make it to one blogging conference Blissdom or Relevant
* Get a designer for this blog
* Win some more contests!
* To be purposeful about everything I do

I don’t really do New Years Goals. I just make lots of small changes and adjustments as need, throughout the year.
