That’s funny– this is the second time I have heard this saying today! The first time was said by Richard Wurmbrand, the founder of Voice of the Martyrs. When he was being marched off the a Communist prison in Romania on Leap Day in 1948, he said that re remembered that “Do not be afraid” is in the Bible 366 times– one for every day of the year and an extra for Leap Day.
