Bad Days – Made To Crave Week 3, Day 2

I say to myself, “The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” Lamentations 3:24

We all have bad days. The past couple of weeks have been bad days for me. For the most part. Depression is trying to sink it’s teeth into me again. And I’m fighting because I don’t want to go back there. I’m not.

So before you beat yourself up and let a bad moment turn into an entire bad day, remember this. You’ve got a new 24! I’ve got a new 24! And we can start that new 24 any time we choose. Messed up 2 minutes ago? Oh well, start your new 24 now.

Today’s Assignment:

  • List all of your accomplishments over the past couple of weeks.
  • Memorize Lamentations 3:24 – repeat it all day long!
  • Go for a walk.

Today’s Fitness Tip:

  • Do what it takes! Is your body hurting from an old injury? Are you just dealing with something because you don’t think you’re worth the investment of fixing yourself? Confront that lie! Yes, other things can take priority over rehab and surgery, but if you don’t take care of it sooner, it will just get worse later!

  1. I got a new 24! The video brought tears to my eyes. Like anybody else, I’m struggling and yes, I just have to believe, that everyday, He will shine upon me and guide me to the best possible journey. Amen. 🙂
